Greatly furnished and the quality of the food is mega! You can taste that they are cooking and roasting with body and soul. The dishes are freshly prepared and you can taste that the meat is freshly processed. Juicy burgers and the fries are a blast. Sensationally delicious. The service is attentive and on the ball. You don't have to wait long for your drinks and the seats are all clean and tidy. The same applies to the toilets. The delivery service is also excellent. Fast service, uncomplicated order placement and super fast delivery. The burger is fresh and juicy when it arrives and the fries are still crisp.

We had burgers delivered and we were really impressed right away. Even the lady on the phone was super friendly. The announced half an hour for the delivery was even undercut. It wasn't packed with unnecessarily much plastic, also in a way that the burgers didn't get soft. The fries were still so hot that you almost burned your fingers. The taste was great. You can definitely taste the quality. The meat was on point, the rest of the topping was also really tasty. The fries and wedges were fine too. The BBQ sauce is great with the chicken fingers. And then on top of that, surprising extras in the form of lollipops and a bottle of cola. So all in all you can't say anything about Flame other than wonderful! We discovered this restaurant accidently during a bike ride. It is hidden away close to the Swiss border, but can be found easily with Google maps. Since the other reviews were so positive, we decided to try their burgers for a birthday dinner. Due to Covid and the cold weather, we ordered takeaway. We ordered a Cheeseburger, Pulled Pork, and a Chicken filet, together with a variety of fries. The food was ready on time, the staff was very friendly and relaxed, and the food was truly excellent. The Pulled Pork was the best we have had in Europe. The burger was also top-class and perfectly cooked. The chicken filet was nicely grilled and tasty. The sweet potato fries were excellent, the wedges very good, and regular fries a bit soft (good, but needed a few minutes in the oven to crisp up). All in all, an excellent meal. We will definitely return for more and will recommend them to our friends, especially when we can dine in or visit the outdoor area. Make sure you check out the burger challenge. My son is organizing a group to try and get their names on the wall in the restaurant.

I can only speak for the take out, I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! Extremely delicious burger, the meat is still slightly pink on the inside, just as it should be! The Coleslaw was superb too! We will certainly get something there more often now.

Nice atmosphere and very good food

The service is absolutely world class! On site, even a vegetarian decided to eat meat there. When we asked about the quality of the meat, the chef personally came to the table from the kitchen and explained in detail exactly where the meat came from. It would take over 15 minutes. Before the preparation, the buyer CH came to the table again with the patty and showed it in its raw state. The service was also very nice and competent. The food was phenomenal. The prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is great. Invitation that is definitely recommended!

On Sunday evening we ordered in the Flame by phone and the burgers were delivered within 30 minutes. The burgers are delicious and absolutely worth the money. We are absolutely thrilled. The young woman on the phone and the driver were also super personable, phatic and friendly, so you like to order. We even got a bottle of Coke, super nice gesture, many thanks for that. So you have won us as regular customers.

Was there to eat on my birthday. Found the burger delicious. The service was also okay. Very young team, my waiter was a bit reluctant but think had a bad day) We will definitely eat there again. Keep it up

We ordered by phone and had it delivered to us, very nice staff, delivered in the specified delivery time and most importantly the burgers were great, and a nice touch a bottle. Get Fanta along with it. We will eat something from the Flame again.

The burgers are awesome, you can tell that it is done with a lot of effort and love. I also found out that the rolls come from the regional bakery and that the meat runs fresh every day through the meat grinder. So a new regular customer was won in me.
